Job Summary
Join our dynamic Project Management Office as a Project Management Associate. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting project planning, execution, and successful delivery, directly contributing to our overall strategic objectives and ensuring timely, within-budget project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budget allocations, and resource requirements.
- Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management software such as MS Project, Trello, or Jira, proactively identifying and flagging potential risks or delays.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project scope and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including crafting status reports, compiling meeting minutes, and managing action item logs.
- Assist in the identification and tracking of project risks and issues, supporting the follow-up on resolutions to mitigate impact.
- Track project budgets and expenditures meticulously, ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and communicating clear next steps to all stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of change management processes, ensuring all scope changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet defined standards and requirements.
- Contribute to post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and best practices to inform future project methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a project coordination or project support capacity.
- Demonstrated familiarity with various project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) is a distinct advantage.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder interaction and documentation.

Working Conditions
